These Terms of Service govern your use of www.hygloo.shop and purchases from Hygloo. By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Store and contact
The online store is operated under the name Hygloo. Questions may be sent to support@hygloo.shop.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or use the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
3. Products and availability
We aim to display product descriptions, colours, images and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly by screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct errors where permitted by law.
4. Prices, taxes and promotions
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before purchase where required. Promotions, discount codes and bundle offers are subject to their stated conditions, availability and end dates. Unless expressly allowed, discounts cannot be combined.
5. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock problems or payment failure. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Payments are processed by Shopify and available payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our reasonable control. Risk transfers as provided by mandatory consumer law.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded, including the 14-day withdrawal right and legal guarantee protections available to eligible European consumers.
