30-Day Warranty
30-Day Warranty
Add the optional 30-Day Warranty to your order for extra peace of mind. It extends your coverage against manufacturing defects - like a faulty heating element, an unresponsive controller, or failed stitching - from the standard 7 days to a full 30 days from delivery. If your robe arrives faulty, or stops working properly under normal use within that window, we'll replace it free of charge - no hassle. Just reach out with your order number and a quick photo or video, and our team will take care of it. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing faults only (not misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear).
How do I wash it?
How do I wash it?
Very easy! Unplug it, detach the controller, and machine wash cold on gentle — then hang it up to air dry so the fleece stays as soft as day one. No wringing, no tumble dryer: the carbon heating elements are made to handle a wash, not a spin cycle.
